Keith Wilhite, President

Keith Wilhite

PRESIDENT
Keith has served as President of the company since 2002 and is the leader of the Estimation team. Keith has successfully managed large design/build and bid projects, including Horseshoe Casino & Hotel, Cyber Innovation Center, Willis-Knighton Pierremont and Willis-Knighton Bossier. Keith specializes in health care facilities, gaming and design/build of commercial projects. Keith has previously served a President of the local NECA Chapter and volunteers his time to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. He attended Centenary College and is a trained Journeyman Electrician. Keith has been with the company since 1984.
Raymond Shih, Vice President

Raymond Shih

VICE PRESIDENT
Raymond is responsible for estimation and management of commercial and industrial electrical construction with an emphasis on large projects. Raymond is Journeyman Electrician since completing the program in 2006 where he finished with the highest GPA in his class. He is licensed in Louisiana and Texas. Raymond has served as lead Electrician, Supervisor and Project Foreman on several large projects before moving into the office as an Estimator in 2012. Raymond has been with company since 2006.
Timothy W. Wilhite, CFO/General Counsel

Timothy W. Wilhite

CFO/GENERAL COUNSEL
Tim is responsible for oversight of all office functions, legal matters, insurance, billing and daily operations. Tim is a graduate of Centenary College of Louisiana and the Western Michigan Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan. A member of the Louisiana Bar since 1997 and remains Of Counsel of the firm he helped create in 1998, Downer, Jones, Marino & Wilhite. Tim volunteers his time by serving on the boards of the Greater Bossier Economic Development Foundation, Bossier Industrial Park Committee, the Ark-La-Tex Regional Air Service Alliance (a non-profit) and the Independence Bowl Foundation (a non-profit). Tim has also served as the Co-President of Raffles Insurance Limited. Tim has been with the company since 2001.
Ronny Hennigan, Estimator

Ronny Hennigan

ESTIMATOR
Ronny is an Estimator of commercial and industrial electrical work. Ronny is Journeyman Electrician and has served as Project Manager on several large projects, including the Horseshoe Casino & Hotel, L'Auberge Casinos in Lake Charles and Baton Rouge, the Willis-Knighton MOB and Highland Hospital Ortho Expansion. Ronny has been with company since 1986.
Kevin Malec, Shop Foreman

Kevin Malec

SHOP FOREMAN
Kevin is a Journeyman Electrician and is responsible for man-power and equipment/material distribution for all current projects. Kevin was the lead Service Electrician for more than ten years before moving into the position as Shop Foreman. Kevin has been with the company since 2006.
David Brown, Safety Director

David Brown

SAFETY DIRECTOR
David is responsible for Safety, OSHA reporting and Human Resources, including the orientation of new employees, drug testing, incident investigation and safety training. David also oversees fleet management and bid document support. David has been with the company since 1992 and formally served in the United States Air Force.
Rhonda Clark, Executive Assistant/Payroll

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/PAYROLL
Rhonda is responsible for payroll, IT, employment verification, permits, insurance and tax reporting. She also serves as the Executive Assistant to the General Counsel. Rhonda has been with the company since 2004.
Velda Lake, Accounts Payable

Velda Lake

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Velda is responsible for Accounts Payable, including vendor statements and balances, credit card payments, purchase orders and data entry. Velda has been with the company since 2012.
Edward Seabaugh, Job Cost Accountant

Edward "Eddie" Seabaugh

JOB COST ACCOUNTANT
Eddie is responsible for Job Cost accounting, including the billing of large projects, project budget audits, bonding reports and provides backup to payroll functions. Eddie obtained a degree in Accounting from Centenary College of Louisiana and has been with the company since 2002.
