	JERRY WILHITE Vice-President
	Jerry is a Master Electrician and has worked within the company since 1976. As VP, Jerry acts as a job estimator and negotiator. He purchases company vehicles and equipment, handles work related problems and works to guarantee customer satisfaction.
	KEITH WILHITE Vice-President & Estimator
	Jerry completed his electrician apprenticeship in 1982. He gained 7 years experience in the field before moving into management for Wilhite Electric. Keith is project manager for the Horseshoe Casino & Hotel, one of Wilhite's largest clients at well over 8 million dollars.
	GREG WILHITE Vice-President & Estimator
	Greg joined the company in 1981. After completing his apprenticeship and working in the field, he served as shop foreman for eight years. Greg is currently involved in cost supervision and job estimating, specializing in office and warehouse construction.
	TIM WILHITE CFO/General Council
	Tim is responsible for managing the office, including the company's billing, financial matters and legal concerns. He joined the company full-time in 2001 after being a founding partner in the law firm of Downer, Hammond & Wilhite, L.L.C. in Shreveport, for which he remains Of Counsel. Tim received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Centenary College of Louisiana and his Juris Doctorate from the Cooley School of Law in Michigan.
